Stemoscope helps tens of thousands medical professionals world wide to fight the covid-19 pandemic. Nowdays social distancing is a must. With tubes or wire eliminated, the wireless Stemoscope allows you auscultate your patients either at a safer distance or through the PPE, reducing the chance of cross-infection. Start to auscultate your patients without breaking PPE protocol. Read this clinical research paper 📄 Lung Auscultation of Hospitalized Patients with SARS-CoV-2 Pneumonia via a Wireless Stethoscope published in International Journal of Medical Sciences for more details.

Auscultate your patient in a remote video consultation

The pandemic has changed the way we live and work. Worrying about the cross-infection, many patients choose to reduce the times to visit their doctors. Internet and Smartphones are widely available nowadays. With the Stemoscope device and the DrStemo App, you can not only provide video consultation but also auscultate your patient remotely in a call. The Stemoscope is seamlessly integrated  in the DrStemo App. During the call, you can instruct your patient to place the Stemoscope on the spots where you are interested to listen. Get your patients better checked and treated remotely in one of the two options:

  • Auscultate your patient in a remote video consultation;
  • Ask your patients to record the auscultatory sounds and share them with you.

Give your patients better treatment and more confidence in your next video consultation!

Telemedicine is enabled in 3 simple steps

Both the Stemoscope device and the DrStemo App are designed easy to use. Medical professionals are busy while patients are less knowledgeable. When we designed the product and the App, we take all these into consideration. With many feedbacks from our professional user like you, the App has been fine tuned many times. Just following very simple steps, you and your patients can start to use it effectively.

Step 1. Install the App

Step 2. Add your patients

After you and your patient registers the accounts, you and your patient can add each other in the App. You can ask your patient to turn on the 'share' button to share the auscultatory data.

- Dr. Norah Sadek from Australia.  She reviewed Stemoscope and compared it with Littmann Electronic Stethoscope 3200. She recorded two pieces of audio with Stemoscope and the 3200 respectively. Which one sounds better?

"It's time to improve our stehoscopes and I think that this (the Stemoscope) is the future."

- Dr. Marian Olpinski, M.D. and Ph.D. He is a board certified Pediatrics Specialist in Chicago, IL, USA. He reviewed Stemoscope for its potential use in telemedicine.

"I wholeheartedly recommend it. I think it's a great product. I'm really impressed. It's rare that Kickstarter's kind of deliver on everything that they promise but credit to Stemoscope. I think they've really followed through with this one."
